Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been placed and when it has shipped. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST may be processed the following business day.
Shipping offered
USPS: Priority Mail = 1-3 days, Parcel Select Ground = 2-8 days & Ground Advantage = 2-5 days
UPS: 3 day Select = 3 days, Ground = 1-5 days & Ground Saver = 1-8 days
FedEx: Ground = 1-5 days, Ground Economy = 2-7 days & Express Saver = 3 days

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external carrier delays or holidays.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer / purchaser.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Lizardi Development LLC only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Shipment and Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Delivery Responsibility: Customers are encouraged to monitor shipment tracking and arrange for packages to be received or secured promptly. Lizardi Development LLC is not responsible for theft occurring after verified delivery to the shipping address.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lizardi Development LLC takes care to ensure all orders are properly packaged and shipped. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by shipping carriers while packages are in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim and notify our support team. We recommend photographing the damaged packaging and product and retaining all packaging materials for verification, as the carrier may require this information.
Stolen or Missing Packages After Confirmed Delivery
Once a shipping carrier confirms that an order has been successfully delivered to the correct shipping address provided at checkout, Lizardi Development LLC is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, stolen, or removed from the delivery location.
Delivery confirmation may include carrier tracking records, delivery timestamps, GPS verification, or photographic proof of delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
Checking around your property, porch, garage, and other possible delivery locations.
Asking household members or neighbors whether they accepted the package.
Contacting the shipping carrier to request delivery verification or initiate an investigation.
Review your property cameras if applicable.
Reporting suspected package theft to your local law enforcement agency, if appropriate.
Replacement or Refund Requests
Orders confirmed as delivered to the address provided by the customer/ purchaser are not eligible for replacement or refund due to theft or disappearance after delivery.

The Story behind The T&G Installation Helper.
The T&G Installation Helper was born from necessity and determination. As a retired contractor with multiple shoulder surgeries and limited mobility, I faced a challenge many solo builders know too well: fighting gravity, alignment, and frustration when working alone.
While constructing a two-story barn for my wife, I redesigned jigs passed down from my father, who was also a contractor, transforming them into a single, efficient tool that made solo installation not only possible but practical.
That was the motivation and drive behind creating this tool, to make solo installs safer, faster, and frustration-free. It was designed not just for myself, but for anyone who's ever struggled to hold boards in place, stay aligned, and work efficiently without a helper.
The goal was simple: to empower others, from DIYers tackling home projects with confidence, to professional builders providing for their families with a tool that makes every job smoother and more achievable.
