Returns & Warranty Policy

 

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same unused condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Lizardi Development LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify our support team. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for verification. (Carriers may require this)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lizardi Development LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify our support team. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for verification. (Carriers may require this)

The damaged tool must be returned to Lizardi Development LLC prior to replacement or refund, if no tool is returned, no refunds or replacements will be issued. Return shipping instructions will be provided upon approval of your claim.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

Limited Warranty for Installation Helper Tool

Warranty Period: 1 year from your date of purchase

Lizardi Development LLC warrants to the original purchaser that the Installation Helper tool will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

What The Warranty Covers:

  • Cracks, breaks, or defects in the tool body under normal use
  • Manufacturing defects that affect the performance of the tool

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper storage or exposure to extreme temperatures or chemicals
  • Tools not purchased directly from an authorized dealer or reseller

Remedy:

If a defect covered by this warranty is found, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the defective tool, or
  • Refund the original purchase price (with valid proof of purchase)

  • Photo(s) of the issue
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To the extent permitted by law, Lizardi Development LLC shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Why Most Installers Haven’t Seen a Tool Like This

The construction industry values reliability and proven methods—and for good reason. But that same mindset can slow the adoption of new tools, especially when certain frustrations have been accepted as “part of the job.”
