Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external carrier delays or holidays.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Lizardi Development LLC only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Shipment and Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Lost or Damaged Packaging and Items
Lizardi Development LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify our support team. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for verification. (Carriers may require this)
